Ordinance 9 of 1911.
This Ordinance consolidates the laws relating to in-
-toxicating liquors. Two Tables are attached:-

Shewing in the case of each section of the Ordinance the section of the repealed Ordinance from which it is taken.
The repealed Ordinances shewing how each section has been dealt with in the Ordinance.
The Ordinance affects certain amendments of which the following are the principal. Minor amendments are pointed out
in the "nemarks" in the Tables.
Section
2 (Definitions) -

"Proof Spirit". This was drafted by the
Government Analyst.
"Denatured Spirits". "In the opinion of the
Government Medical Officer or the Govern- -ment Analyst" has been substituted for
"in the opinion of the Governor-inCouncil".
"Hotel Keepers Adjunct Licence". Has been
amended so as only to prevent the keeping of a public bar. The Government has in
